Privacy Notice
Panigale Technologies Limited (“Panigale”, “we”, “us”) operates ABA, a business workspace for accounts and teams. This notice explains the information ABA handles and the choices currently available to users.
Information ABA handles
- Account details such as name, email address, sign-in records, and workspace membership.
- Workspace content that users submit or create, including business profile details, projects, tasks, messages, documents, settings, and connected-service preferences.
- Prompts, relevant workspace context, and generated responses when users use AI features.
- Technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
How information is used
We use this information to provide the workspace, authenticate accounts, enforce workspace permissions and usage limits, respond to support requests, protect the service, and maintain backups. AI and connected features may send the information needed for a requested action to the service provider configured for that feature.
Service providers
ABA is designed to use Cloudflare services for configured AI, image, and storage features; Brave Search when web search is configured; and user-selected external model providers when a user connects one. PaniPay will receive billing-plan and subscription information only if PaniPay billing is enabled. Paid collection is currently disabled. Provider terms and privacy practices also apply to information they receive.
Access, security, and retention
Workspace roles control access to workspace records. We use server-side access controls and protected connections for service operations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain account and workspace information while it is needed to operate ABA and address support, security, and legal needs. Backups may retain copies after a record is changed or removed. A formal backup and deletion retention schedule is still being finalized; contact us for a data access, correction, or deletion request.
Your choices and requests
Workspace administrators can manage members and use the workspace export control for supported data. Account deletion requests from Settings are recorded for support review; the account remains active while identity and workspace obligations are checked. To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to verify the request and protect the account.
