Terms of Service
These draft terms describe access to ABA, operated by Panigale Technologies Limited (“Panigale”, “we”, “us”) in Zambia. By creating an account or using ABA, you agree to the final terms once they are published.
Accounts and workspaces
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only workspaces you are authorized to access. Workspace owners are responsible for managing member access and the content shared with their team.
Acceptable use
Do not use ABA to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage controls, or submit malicious code. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit workspace content and documents.
AI and external services
AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Review outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, compliance, hiring, or other consequential decisions. ABA does not replace professional advice. Features that connect to third-party services are also subject to those providers’ terms.
Plans and payments
The Free plan is currently available. Starter and Pro prices are displayed for planning, but paid subscriptions and payment collection are not currently available. ABA will not charge for a paid plan until it is offered through an enabled and verified payment flow. Future plan terms will be presented before purchase.
Service availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve ABA. We will take reasonable steps to protect workspace information, but the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Keep copies of important work using the available export tools.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. You may stop using ABA at any time. Account closure and data deletion requests can be sent to support while self-service deletion is being completed.
